1). The renter hereby accepts the premises in the condition provided at the beginning of the event and agrees to maintain said premises in the same condition, order and repair as provided. Renter shall be liable to and shall forever hold harmless the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88, from any and all damage or loss to the premises caused by the acts or negligence of the renter or any persons in the employ or under the control of the renter.

2). The renter shall indemnify and hold the Polish Falcons, Nest 88 and its officers and directors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses and causes of actions which may arise out of the operations of the renter’s function under this agreement. The renter shall pay all claims and losses of any nature whatsoever in connection therewith, and shall defend all service in the name of the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88 when applicable, and shall pay all costs and judgments which may arise thereon.

3). The premises must be vacated by the agreed upon ending time of the event (ie. if the room is booked until 11:00PM, all persons must be out of the room by 11:00PM).

4). Usage must be limited to the event/activities listed under “Type of Event” on page 1 of this agreement at the discretion of the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88. Number of guests must be stated and adhered to within a reasonable amount. Use is limited to specifics stipulated.

5). Any supplies or equipment brought in by renter or persons under renter’s control must be removed immediately after the event. Storage fees will apply.

6). There is absolutely no smoking in the building.

7). The Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88 will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods.

8). The Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88 may require, at its sole discretion, that renter provide an appropriate number of New Britain police officers for the event. Information for these arrangements are available from the Nest representative.

9). If it is determined that any agreement regulations are not applicable to a particular function, it will be at the discretion of the responsible Polish Falcons of America, Nest 88 representative to waive said regulations.
