Scholarship Application

ELIGIBILITY

1. Applicant or parent/ grandparent must be a member of Polish Falcons of America, Nest #88.

2. Application must be completed in applicant's last year of High School.

3. The applicant must rank in the upper third of the High School class as confirmed by official school transcript.

4. Acceptance at an accredited College/ University.

5. The scholarship award will be for one (1) year: $1500

6. Application is due: May 5th, 2026
